Exchanges & Returns
We do offer exchanges, hurrah!
- Email us at info@shvetah.in within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the process. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a store credit for the product amount (minus shipping charges) which can be used for future purchases.
- Credit notes are valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
Defective/Damaged Products
- In case of a manufacturing defect or if your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement of the same product.
- If the same product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@shvetah.in with clear unboxing video of the package. Without an unboxing video, we will not be in a position to issue a replacement/ store credit for the issue.
- Both reverse and forward shipping of such orders will be borne by Shvetah
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift boxes+ gift notes.
- Personalized pieces.
- Items purchased before or during a sale period
Important Notes
- All communication must be over email. DMs or messages on social media will not be considered.

- Items such as personalized items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and customization.
- The decision to approve an exchange lies solely with Shvetah based on our quality checks and policy terms.
