Exchanges & Returns

We do offer exchanges, hurrah!

    • Email us at info@shvetah.in within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the process. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a store credit for the product amount (minus shipping charges) which can be used for future purchases.
    • Credit notes are valid for 120 days from the date of issue.

    Defective/Damaged Products

    • In case of a manufacturing defect or if your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement of the same product.
    • If the same product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
    • You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@shvetah.in with clear unboxing video of the package. Without an unboxing video, we will not be in a position to issue a replacement/ store credit for the issue.
    • Both reverse and forward shipping of such orders will be borne by Shvetah

    Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Products marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Gift boxes+ gift notes.
    • Personalized pieces.
    • Items purchased before or during a sale period

    Important Notes

    1. All communication must be over email. DMs or messages on social media will not be considered.
    2. Items sent back without prior intimation will not be accepted.
    3. Items such as personalized items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and customization.
    4. The decision to approve an exchange lies solely with Shvetah based on our quality checks and policy terms.
